An American Grill

For ages 18 & up

Spend an evening exploring these down home flavors made with upscale ingredients. Working with a small team, you'll create a seasonal salad accented with artisanal cheese; grill a steak to perfection; double down on corn grits; and end your evening with a slice of a giant chocolate chip cookie. You'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts at the end of class.

for ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
