Todd Tesen, Licensed E-RYT500 and Certiﬁed Yoga Instructor, formerly with Anusara Yoga, was already practicing hatha yoga & meditation for 10 years when he dove into the graceful and precise methodology of Anusara Yoga in 2001. Todd recognized the efficacy of the biomechanical alignment principles and empowering psychological approach to healing and dedicated his teaching to the transformational power of body and spirit in harmony. At the same time, he embarked on his philosophy studies with Dr. Douglas Brooks, one of the world’s leading scholars of Tantra. Todd has taught nationally in the USA and Mexico, as well as in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Greece and Turkey. His teaching is playful and uplifting, creating a supportive foundation where the student can discover what is truly possible and how deeply they wish to manifest their inﬁnite potential.
