Daniele Fabio is an Italian guitarist and composer from Calabria. He studied at the Conservatory of Nocera Terinese and Milan, and he has received many prizes and awards for his artistic achievements, including the Ali Sul Mediterraneo International Award in 2022. In 2017 he released his first solo CD as a guitarist and composer, "Mondi Interni". In 2018 he began a stable collaboration with Giulio Tampalini, performing in festivals throughout Italy and abroad.

In 2019 the duo recorded their critically acclaimed first album, entitled "Duosfera", and Daniele won the first prize at the prestigious international composition competition Egidio Carella, with his piece “Compas” for solo guitar. In 2020 he created the soundtrack of a documentary dedicated to the Camini community and the Jungi Mundu humanitarian cooperative. He later composed "The Edge of The Moon" for the Vietnamese guitarist Thu Le, who included it in her repertoire, performing it on tour all over the world.

Daniele is quickly establishing himself as an important composer for the guitar. His works bring influences from jazz, blues, flamenco and folk music to the world of classical guitar, together with a certain Mediterranean flair from his roots in Calabria.
