Winona Area Humane Society cordially invites you to the 25th annual celebration of An Affair for the Animals, a wine/beer tasting, silent auction, and raffle fundraising evening to support Winona’s homeless pets!
The 25th annual wine tasting goes beyond twenty-five years of the event: it’s a milestone occasion to recognize and support twenty-five years’ work of Winona county’s only animal shelter, a safe haven for homeless pets. Rescue, rehabilitation, reunions, and rehoming all happen through these doors – for 11,253 animals and counting.
The demand for Winona Area Humane Society’s services continues to climb, trending with the national animal welfare crisis, prompting urgency to secure adequate funding and continue this lifesaving work. Until there are no more pets in need, WAHS must stand strong.
An Affair for the Animals is the shelter’s primary fundraiser each year, jumpstarting the next year’s financial goals. Whether you attend, donate new bidding items, participate in the raffle, or share the event with your networks, every action supports current and future four-legged friends.
