An ADF families event: HMAS Cairns Christmas Party

NOTE: This event is only for current serving Australian Defence Force members and their families, and invited guests of our partner organisations.

Join HMAS Cairns, Defence Member and Family Support, Cairns Defence Community Support group, Mates4Mates, the Cairns RSL Sub Branch, the Navy's Achorage and FNQ Legacy for a Cairns Defence Family Christmas party on Saturday 16th November from 2pm - 5pm.

Gags Patio will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland, with jumping castles, facepainting, craft activities, food and drinks and a special visit from Santa who will have a gift for all the kids!

Tickets are $5 each and strictly limited so book now to avoid missing out!

Important ticketing information:

· Registration closes Tuesday 12th November unless sold out prior.

· If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day, please stay at home.

· When registering for the event, you must register for a ticket for yourself and each person attending (including every baby, toddler and child).

· Ensure that the email address you register with is accurate as you will receive your booking confirmation, and any additional information or changes to the event, by email.

· Parents are required to provide direct supervision to their children at all times.

· If you become unable to attend the event, please cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your confirmation email ‘View and manage your order online’. This takes you to your ‘Tickets’ page where you can choose the ‘Cancel my Order’ option to release the tickets back to the event listing.

Photography and Social Media:

· Photographs will be taken. Please let our staff know if you do not want your family to be photographed. Photos may be used on our social media channels or in a DMFS publication.

Cancellation or Postponement:

· This event will be cancelled or postponed if a severe weather event threatened eg: heavy rain, severe storms, electrical storms or cyclone.
