An ADF Families event: Bounce into National Families Week – Richmond

NOTE: This event is only for Australian Defence Force members and their families.

Jump, dodge, and laser your way into National Families Week with an action‑packed celebration for the whole family! Get ready for an exciting evening where kids (and adults!) can bounce to their hearts’ content, take on the thrill of laser tag, and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. It’s the perfect opportunity to burn off energy, enjoy some friendly competition, and connect with others in a fun and relaxed setting.

This event also celebrates the incredible contribution of Defence families and the strengths that underpin Defence lifestyle — connection, adaptability, and teamwork. Together, we’ll recognise the resilience, support, and sense of community that Defence families bring to each other every day.

To help you plan your visit, please note the following information for our event at 360 Action Park. Event details are regularly updated and may differ from previous DMFS events you have attended.

• The centre offers activities suitable for all ages, with plenty of options for younger children and a dedicated under‑8s area featuring trampolines, soft play, and seating for parent supervision. There is no upper age limit to participate.

• All participants must wear grip (trampoline) socks for safety. These can be from any professional trampoline centre and do not need to be purchased from the venue.

• A café is available on site, with families receiving a 10% discount on food and drinks during the event.

• All participants are required to have a completed waiver prior to taking part. The waiver must be completed by an adult aged 18 years or over, with parents or guardians completing it for participants under 18.

• Photographs may be taken at this event. If you don’t want to be photographed, or have your family photographed, please let the photographer know. Please note: any photos taken may be used in DMFS publications, online or on social media.

• Parents are required to remain onsite to supervise their children at all times.
