Have you noticed that there is often a bunch of very happy people playing and laughing in the parks of Stockholm in the summer? Have you tried some of the moves they do and figured you could never be as good and flowy? Think again! This is your chance to continue your journey into the world of Acro yoga!
AcroYoga is a movement practice that combines the asanas and alignment of yoga with the flow & energy of acrobatics, and the holistic healing power of therapeutics. Acroyoga is a fun and challenging way to expand your flexibility, build strength and create connection to other people.
This course offers you a repetition of the foundations of the practise, as well as a chance to take your practise to the next level!

🌟 THE TEACHERS:
Ellinor is a licenced Acro Yoga teacher with The Acro Way. She is a sensitive movement addict that loves to meet new people, and to find out what makes them happy. She feels complete when her life is filled with adventure and play and, most importantly, the company of people that she loves and cares for.
For her, acroyoga provides just that. The adventures of interesting moves and tricks and playing with likeminded people that she knows she can trust to keep her safe and that are equally interested in celebrating everyone's successes, or support her when she fails.
Kris is a loving Canadian whose friendly way is only matched by his skills in acroyoga. He loves to pop people high in the air and catch them safely and he is eager to share his knowledge and skills with those who join the course. Kris has been a vital part of the acroyoga Stockholm community for many years.
Jonathan has been an active member of the acroyoga community for several years and loves to share his knowledge with others. His background in Calisthenetics has given him the body control and awareness needed to suceed in acrobatics as well and he brings this knowledge too in this course. His warm and welcoming way makes everyone feel seen and heard.
