🌈 Join the 27th Amsterdam Pride Run!On Sunday 19 July 2026, the Amsterdam Pride Run returns to fill the streets of Amsterdam Oost with colour, energy, and pride. This year’s edition is extra special, as Amsterdam hosts WorldPride. Get ready for a day full of sport, celebration, and inclusivity.
The Pride Run is all about diversity and belonging — a celebration of who we are, together. So put on your most colourful outfit and join us!
🏃♂️ Choose your distance
You can take part in:
- 5 km run
- 10 km run
- 15 km run
- 5 km walk
There’s also a Business Run for companies and organisations.
The route takes you through the scenic Flevopark and along the beautiful Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. Start and finish are at Café Restaurant Polder, a lively hub you’ll pass every 5 km — making it the perfect spot for cheering supporters!

14:55 – 5 km walk

15:05 – 5 km run
🎉 Celebrate at the finish
The festive award ceremony with DJ starts at 17:00.
Dress to impress — the most colourful runner will win the coveted Rainbow Pride Run Trophy 🌈
All participants will receive a special World Pride medal, and you’ll have the option to order a unique Pride Run T-shirt.
