🏫 **Academic Hub**: The National Convention’s academics program is a three day, jam packed program filled with world class speakers, engaging breakouts, hands-on workshops, field trips and adrenaline-inducing debating, case competitions and 3 minute thesis. The key themes of Creative Careers, Technology in Medicine and Practical Medicine create a holistic and forward-facing look into the future of medical careers. The Academics team is working hard to create dynamic spaces, interactive encounters and inclusive conversations to equip attendees with the skills, knowledge and connections to embrace the future.
🎮 **Con Games**: The National Convention presents the CON Games, a thrilling day of intervarsity competition, self-care activities and stalls. Fire up that competitive spirit as each University goes head to head in sporting, gaming, and intellectual competitions to earn coveted points for the all important Convention Cup. A major highlight of the day is the highly anticipated Emergency Medical Challenge: the largest emergency medicine simulation in the country. CON Games is the perfect place to showcase your delegation's wide-range of skills, flaunt your university costume and bring the competitive heat!

🌟 **Socials**: The National Convention’s social night program is a highly anticipated component of the event, where delegates are encouraged to paint the town of Melbourne red after a rigorous day of academics. The incredible Socials Team have prepared for you a series of five evenings hosted in some of Melbourne’s most glamorous venues, showcasing the city’s vibrant nightlife. Each night presents a unique theme, providing the perfect opportunity to put on your thinking caps and tap into your creativity as magnificent costumes are the go!
As the week of Convention progresses, the anticipation builds for the grand finale of the event - the magnificent Gala Ball. The elegant night serves as the exemplary culmination to Convention, where delegates can indulge in a lush setting and celebrate the week in style. With a delectable three-course meal and free-flowing drinks, Gala Ball offers our delegates the opportunity to dress up, mingle with friends (old and new), and dance the night away.
