About this Event
Join us for Amplifying Women's Voices on February 19th for a conversation about managing your precious time as a leader. How do you incorporate your values into your calendar? What is the best way to stay organized? How do you balance priorities to be effective in accomplishing your goals? Our incredible panel of female leaders includes:
Kelly Brown, Community Development Officer, Idaho Central Credit Union
Kelly currently serves as a Fairchild Air Force Base Honorary Commander for the 509 Weapons Squadron and on the GSI Forward Fairchild Committee. She serves on the Leadership Spokane Board and Alumni Committee, the Advisory Board for Wishing Star Foundation, Gonzaga University’s School of Business Dean’s Business Forum Board, and Girls on The Run of Spokane County Board. Kelly was the first Executive Director of The Friends of Manito and a founding board member of The Friends of Riverfront Park. She was Program Coordinator for Expo ’74, Spokane's 50th-anniversary celebration and was named a "Top Leader to Watch" by Trending Northwest Magazine in 2023.
Terri Crafts, Executive Director, Embrace Washington
Terri is dedicated to providing vital resources for children in foster care across 13 counties in Eastern Washington. She currently serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and the Spokane County Child Dependency Court. She is a Fairchild Air Force Base Honorary Commander for the 92nd medical group and a military spouse. Terri is a proud to serve Executive Women International of Spokane and the East Spokane Business Association. She holds a Master’s in Business Leadership from Whitworth University, where she received the Emerging Leader Award, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at Purdue University, with an expected graduation in October 2025.
Jennifer Koenig, Vice President and Branch Director, Robert Half Talent Solutions
In her role at Robert Half, Jennifer oversees the Permanent Placement, Contract Accounting, and Administrative/Customer Service Support groups. She is President-Elect for the Women Helping Women Board and serves on the Associated Industries Board of Directors. Jennifer is a member of Greater Spokane Inc's Leadership Advisory Council and is a dedicated member, and Past President, for Executive Women International of Spokane County.
Rebecca Larson, Associate Director of Leadership Development, CUPA-HR
Rebecca is a highly experienced leadership expert and coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation and CoActive. She is certified in Competency Modeling, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Technology of Participation Facilitation. Rebecca previously served as Senior Training Specialist at Gonzaga University, where she is a Doctoral degree student in the School of Leadership Studies.
Grace Leaf, Chief of Culture, Talent Development & Information Technology , Spokane Community Colleges
Grace previously served in roles such as Director of Human Resources, Director of Training and Development, Faculty Counselor for a variety of organizations, including Whitworth University and Gonzaga University. She has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University's School of Leadership Studies and completed her doctoral coursework in the Leadership Studies Program. Grace earned the Franklin-Covey certificate in time management and is a certified Korn Ferry Leadership Architect. She was a founding board member of TEDxSpokane and organized TEDx events on the steering committee, was speaker coach, and emcee for over a decade.
