AMOS has spent 30 years creating positive change in Iowa—from launching job programs and mental health services to establishing healthcare clinics, affordable housing, and conflict-resolution programs in schools.
This year, after speaking with 1,900 Iowans, we've identified five priority issues:
1. Supporting refugees and immigrant
2. Creating Silver Alert systems in Iowa
3. Ensuring clean water access
4.Strengthening public schools
5. Reducing rural EMS response times.
Join us at AMOS' 30th anniversary "We the People" Convention on Saturday, August 30, at 3:00 p.m. at the Horizon Events Center in Clive to help address these critical community needs with those seeking political office at a state and local level.
