Who This Event Is For

Whether you’re coming as a couple, arriving solo looking to meet someone new, or gathering with friends, this night is designed to feel casual, welcoming, and naturally social. This event is for anyone looking to enjoy Valentine’s evening in a social, relaxed setting.

• Doors Open @ 5pm (1 hr before Sunset) until 11pm

What to Expect

As the sun sets over No Name Harbor, the evening comes alive—waterfront views glowing, tiki torches flickering, and Cortadito setting the rhythm. A select menu offering, craft cocktails, and a vibrant crowd to create unforgettable moments.

• 5:00–6:30 PM – Arrival, drinks and cocktails as the sun sets over the harbor.

• 6:30–9:30 PM – Live performance, mingling, select menu bites, social energy.

• 9:30–11:00 PM – Close out the evening to an ocean breeze under the stars.

Live Music by Cortadito

Dance to and enjoy the sounds of Cortadito, a dynamic, Miami-based ensemble with a sound that can best be described as reminiscent of the famed Buena Vista Social Club.

Ticket Tiers & Inclusions
Ticket inclusions vary by tier and are non-transferable.
• VIP tickets include access to a designated VIP area, select food offerings, a welcome beverage, and dedicated service, subject to availability.
• General Admission tickets include event entry, live entertainment, and select items as specified at time of purchase.
Upgrades, additional food, and beverages are available for purchase while supplies last. No substitutions or custom accommodations guaranteed.

Alcohol Disclaimer
Alcohol service is subject to all applicable laws and venue policies. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at any time. Intoxicated or disorderly guests may be removed without refund or credit. Please drink responsibly.

Alcohol service is provided in accordance with Florida Statute §768.125. The venue and event organizers are not liable for damages or injuries caused by the consumption of alcohol by any person lawfully served. Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and consumption. Service may be refused to any guest at management’s discretion. Nothing herein waives rights or obligations that cannot be waived under Florida law.

Conduct & Safety
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund or credit. The venue, organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Assumption Of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending this event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a public gathering, including but not limited to weather conditions, crowd movement, and alcohol consumption. Attendees release the venue, organizers, partners, performers, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

Photography & Media Release
This event may be photographed or recorded. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional, marketing, or recap content without compensation.

Authorization & Agreement
By clicking “Purchase,” you affirmatively authorize this charge, confirm your intent to attend, and agree to all event terms, policies, and disclosures listed on this page and any linked materials.

All sales are final and non-refundable, including for weather, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with preferences, or failure to attend. This event is rain or shine.

You acknowledge this is a curated social experience, not a traditional sit-down dinner, and that food, beverages, entertainment, layout, and inclusions may vary by ticket tier and availability.

Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals are expressly prohibited and constitute a violation of the terms of purchase. Initiating a chargeback may result in forfeiture of future event access and cancellation of any issued credits.

This language is designed to demonstrate clear purchase intent, informed consent, and authorization, consistent with Eventbrite’s chargeback review standards.

Weather Related Credit Policy
In the event of inclement weather that materially impacts the guest experience, a partial venue credit may be issued at the sole discretion of event management. Credits, if issued, are subject to the following conditions:

• Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Credits may only be used toward future on-site purchases at the venue
• Credits cannot be applied to ticket purchases
• Credits must be redeemed by the expiration date provided at issuance
• Credits are subject to blackout dates, availability, and standard venue policies
• Failure to redeem a credit does not entitle the holder to a refund or replacement

The issuance of a credit does not constitute a cancellation, refund, or partial refund of the original ticket purchase. Acceptance or use of a credit constitutes full satisfaction of any weather-related claim.

Final Authority
Event organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify event details
• Adjust layout, entertainment, or offerings
• Enforce all policies as needed for safety and operations

All decisions made by event and park management are final.
