Amigurumi 101

This class is designed for crochet enthusiasts who are ready to expand their skills and learn the art of Amigurumi, the yarn craft of creating crocheted stuffed animals or dolls. Participants will learn and utilize stitches such as a magic ring, single crochet, double crochet, and treble crochet to create their own small, crocheted octopus.
Everyone can expect lots of in-class instructor support as they learn how to read patterns and work on their stitches and will leave class with the skills and written instructions to continue their amigurumi journey at home. Anyone not able to finish their octopus in class will also receive the extra yarn and stuffing needed to complete their project later.
All supplies are included, but participants are encouraged to bring their own crochet hooks and 9mm or 10mm safety eyes if they have them. The size of each project will vary by person and a varied selection of yarns & yarn colors will be available to choose from.
Class Note: To register for this class, participants must have previously completed Intro to Crochet at 577.
