Friends, lovers and everyone in between, celebrate Valentine’s Day in style with a wine and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) tasting. amie sommelier Alex will be pouring three amie wines from the Languedoc, South of France as EVOO sommelier and founder of Citizens of Soil, Sarah Vachon, showcases three flavour-led oils sourced from regenerative producers.

We’re taking tips from our European neighbours who rarely drink on an empty stomach. With each wine, we’ll serve a simple seasonal pairing—think winter tomatoes, blood oranges and bitter leaves—drizzled with exceptional olive oil. More than nibbles, less than dinner: this is an EVOO aperitivo.

Join us for this informal tasting and head home with a bottle of EVOO, ready to elevate your table.

Come as a two, three, four or more. The aperitivo will run until 8:30pm after which you are welcome to stay, relax and refill your glasses until closing time, or head out for dinner in the local area.
