A beginner-friendly Pilates experience focused on controlled movement, core strength, mobility, and mindful connection with your body.

Bootcamp Class
A fun, high intensity focused workout designed to challenge your body, build endurance, and bring the energy. All fitness levels are welcome!

Prayer & Reflection
A moment to slow down, center our hearts on Jesus, and reflect on His goodness and faithfulness.

Fellowship
Time to meet new faces, build meaningful connections, encourage one another, and enjoy the experience together.

Special December Experience
A meaningful activity to reflect on the year behind us, celebrate how far we've come, and prepare our hearts for where God is leading us next.
