AMHSA AGM & MEMBERS' MEETING 2026 (Members Only)

AMHSA members (ONLY) are invited to join us in person for the 2026 AGM and Members' Meeting on Wednesday 22nd April from 0900 hours at the Harborough Innovation Centre. The meeting will start at 0930 and be presented by members of the AMHSA Secretariat Team who will provide members with information about the organisation and current impacts on the industry. Members unable to attend or send a susbstitute are urged to use their Form of Proxy returning it to the AMHSA offices by Friday 17th April.

The AGM will will last approximately half an hour and agenda items include

• Welcome, Introductions and housekeeping.
• Approval of previous AGM Minutes 30th April 2025
• Statutory Accounts for Year end 31st December 2025
• Expression of Interest
• Any Other Business.

We hope that you are able to support this meeting . Your presence is essential to ensure that we are able to proceed formally. Invitations, agendas and proxy forms will be sent to all members in due course.

The AMHSA Members' Meeting will follow the AGM.

This event will be open to AMHSA members (guests by special request only). Please indicate your attendance (NOT MORE THAN 2 REPRESENTITIVES PER MEMBER) by using the registration process, completing all necessary information.
