Get Amethyst Sword Certified!
Instructor Amethyst will teach a 4.5 hour bellydance sword class, including:
Sword Basics
Balancing
Techniques, Moves and Combinations
Sacred Sword
Floorwork with Sword
and more
Students wishing to receive the Certification must meet the requirements:
-Be on time, participate, and stay for the duration of class
-Attend an additional, separately-scheduled 2-hour practice class ($30 fee) (on time, stay for duration)
-Demonstrate the ability to dance with Sword by the end of the program
-Dedicate time to practice at home, regularly, between the dates of Class, Practice and Show
-Perform in a separately-scheduled class performance on Jan. 17 (3-6 p.m.) at the Studio
No experience is necessary; but, dancers must be approved by their doctor, before starting this or any exercise program, and must be approved to do floorwork (or let instructor know you will only observe the floorwork section of class, if not cleared to participate in floorwork).
Students who attend Class, but not the additional practice class and/or performance, will not receive the Certificate; but, may still attend Class.
