Open to adults of all experience levels — no martial arts background required.

Topics include:

• Situational awareness & personal safety mindset
• Boundary setting and threat recognition
• Practical striking and defensive movement
• Realistic street-level self-defense applications

Matt Hogan is the head instructor at Crane Karate Academy, where he teaches traditional Okinawan karate with a focus on practical self-defense, awareness, and personal safety.
