Earn your Lifeguard CertificationGet certified with the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course — a nationally recognized program designed to prepare entry-level lifeguards with the skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.
This course provides professional-level training in water rescue, CPR/AED, first aid, and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies until EMS arrives.
Course Details:
• 22 hours of in-person classroom and pool training
• 7 hours of required online eLearning
• Includes digital lifeguard manual, hip pack, whistle, and resuscitation mask
Prerequisites:
• Must be at least 15 years old by the final class date
• Successfully complete required swim skills and timed water test
