Hi everyone, As you have seen in the newsletters, we will be having a blood drive at the South Akron Knights of Columbus hall on Wednesday, June 17 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please sign up early and share this information with others, as anyone can participate, not just a member of the K of C. Our goal is to fill up all 50 slots!
The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.
