American Pachuco: The Legend of Luis Valdez screening

Part of Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers, American Pachuco tells the story of Luis Valdez and the Chicano culture of his time. The film will be followed by a post-film dialogue with the filmmaker, a community meal featuring Chicano foods, a little music and song by Rafael Vasquez, and maybe even a mini car surprise by Chicano Dreamz Car Club. Southern Circuit is a program of South Arts in partnership with National Endowment for the Arts.
