Celebrating Veterans Gratitude Week from November 7 through the 16th, all are invited to attend and support a special yoga class to move, breathe, give thanks while honoring all those who have served. Beginners are encouraged with options for both mat and chair practice. Be a part of the movement. be a part of the gratitude. Be a part of the community.This is a donation-based class, and every contribution directly supports Veterans Yoga Project and its mission to provide free yoga and mindfulness programs to veterans, active-duty military, and their families nationwide.
