American History Celebration 250 years

Do you want to experience what it might have felt like to live and carve out a life in a new world built on the hope of freedom and liberty?

As we mark America’s 250th anniversary and Colorado's 150 years, we’re setting aside a day to share a small piece of that story with you, through simple, hands-on experiences that echo the lives of those who came before us. Try your hand at the old ways, slow down a bit, and take in the sights and sounds of an earlier time.

It’s a gathering for families, neighbors, and friends, part history, part celebration, and a chance to reflect on where we’ve come from and where we’re headed.
