Amid a growing maternal health crisis in the US—especially for women of color—nurses are at the core of systemic efforts to catch new mothers before they fall through the broken maternal health safety net. Join us for a screening of the poignant documentary "American Delivery," followed by a discussion with filmmaker Carolyn Jones and local healthcare professionals about their efforts to raise awareness and make positive changes in St. Louis and beyond.Presented in collaboration with Barnes-Jewish College Goldfarb School of Nursing.
Presented by WashU.
