The ADS and the daffodil societies of Georgia and Tennessee wish to invite you to the American Daffodil Society's Fall Daffodil Show in Atlanta on November 13 and 14, 2026. There will be both a judged flower show and a judged photography show, which will be free and open to the public to enjoy as well as to enter. The event will be at the Kimpton Overlook Airport Atlanta / Hyatt Regency hotel, between the hours of 1:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday, Nov. 13, and from 7:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, Nov. 14.
The flower show promises a visual feast of otherworldly, autumn-flowering daffodils previously unseen outside of collectors’ circles—or, in some cases, the wilds of the southern Mediterranean and North African landscapes whence they originate. Many great new hybrids being created to extend the daffodil season from early autumn into late winter, eventually connecting to the familiar spring harbingers we so eagerly welcome to usher in a new gardening season, shall debut in this show. Witness green daffodils, sniff flowers with utterly exquisite perfume, marvel at stems bearing singular to numerous florets, and behold flowers so novel as to completely reset your understanding of what a daffodil is. Even better, many will grow well in the coastal and deep South, and even into Zone 7a with a bit of gardening savvy. You won’t be disappointed! The photography show is always fun, as flower photography always is. Submissions range from candid shots with family pets, to high tech computer manipulation, to modern interpretations of Dutch still lifes from the 1600s.
