The American Celebration on Parade Museum is a little bit quirky and a lot of fun! History, culture, and festivity come together in a spectacular display of national pride. Traditions including grand parades and breathtaking floats showcase the vibrant tapestry of America. This will be an unforgettable experience that captures the heart of America by offering up-close views of Rose Parade and Presidential Inaugural parade floats, props and stage settings from America's history.
Shenandoah Caverns is a stunning natural wonder nestled in the heart of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. On our guided tour we will explore a variety of enchanting rooms, such as Grotto of the Gods, Cathedral Hall and Rainbow Lake. The cavern temperature is a consistent 56 degress year round so a light jacket is suggested. Wear comfortable walking shoes (no sandals) as we will be led through the caverns on gravel pathways for about one hour.
We'll take a step back in time in the Caverns Cafe where we will see the original 1957 barstools and soda fountain. Lunch options include hand pressed burgers, BLT and club sandwiches, hot dogs, milkshakes and more (pay on your own).
