Americal Civic Center to host the July Adoption Event!

Join us at the Americal Civic Center in Wakefield, MA on Saturday, July 18th for a Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Event!All attendees must have applications on file in order to be able to enter the adoption event space. The LHK9 adoption application can be accessed here: https://www.lasthopek9.org/adoption-information/.
We highly recommend filling out the application prior to the event, but it can also be completed on arrival.
- Fully approved adopters can enter the event at 12pm.
- Adopters with applications in process can enter the event at 1pm.
- To help ensure we have enough time to process all adoptions and deposits, all adoption and/or deposit conversations must wrap up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event end time.
Note: All dogs are first come, first serve. If there is a particular dog you are interested in meeting, we highly recommend arriving early.

Deposits hold for 7 days to do any pet meet & greets and welcome your new pup home once approved! Please note that in most circumstances, this deposit is non-refundable.

๐๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป: All children under 5 will need to be in strollers or held for safety. All groups with children under 10 will be provided a family escort to help ensure safe interactions.
๐ฃ๐ฒ๐๐: Only adoptable dogs will be permitted inside the event space. If you have a dog or another pet in your home, we will discuss personality matches to assess fit, and schedule a follow up meet and greet between the animals. We are not able to facilitate on-site meetings.
๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: If any household members have travel plans in the 3 weeks following the event, you are more than welcome to browse, but please pause on inquiring about a deposit or adoption until everyone has returned. We are not able to hold dogs in their foster homes and will not send dogs to a new home if there is upcoming travel scheduled to ensure a successful transition period.
