If you arrive early at 10:30 am there will be a reception with the Silent Preacher, Ricardo Colon. He will be sharing about his artwork displayed in the East Wing of the Pennsylvania Capitol. This art display will be in the East Wing of the PA Capitol from February 2-25, 2026. You don't want to miss it!
