Join us at Spring Grove Cemetery on June 18 as we celebrate one of Ohio’s Champion Trees and learn what makes these remarkable trees so special.
The program will include a tree measurement demonstration, a chance to guess the tree’s diameter, a guided interpretive hike, and opportunities to learn about Ohio’s Champion Tree Program from forestry professionals. Participants will also see how much the tree has grown since it was first recognized as a champion.
