America 250 Ice Cream Social

Happy 250th, America! The HCHS is celebrating our nation's milestone birthday with a FREE ice cream social and lots of family activities. Join us and other partner organizations on July 4th!
Hands on activities are provided by General James Cox Chapter of the DAR, Kokomo Piecemakers Quilt Guild, Revival's Fiber Arts and Gatherings, Kokomo Art Association, and the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library. Howard County Historian Gil Porter will also be on hand for some local history presentations. Try your hand at quilt stitching, paper weaving, bracelet making, coloring pages, and a community mosaic.
Live music will be provided by the Kokomo Chamber Brass, Kokomo Men of Note, Kokomo Park Band, and the Hoosier String Players.
Ice cream and toppings will be free while supplies last (one serving per person).
