The Four of Us Bio:
What happens when four talented, versatile performers come together? Magic!
These four familiar faces, Lori Lefevre, Lisa Young, Chris Buzzelli and Kevin Eikum recently created a new group, The Four of Us!
All well-known for their many musical exploits in the region, they come together to create something unique and fun!
Lori Lefevre, a highly regarded freelance vocalist in the area, often performs with Chris Buzzelli as a duo and is a member of the vocal jazz group, 6th Edition. Toledo School for the Arts is fortunate to have her as their jazz voice instructor.
Lisa Young is also a member of 6th Edition, a vocalist with the Monroe Big Band and a member of Masterworks Chorale. And yes, that’s probably her voice you heard on that jingle!
Chris Buzzelli, is a member of the Toledo Jazz Orchestra, often performs with the Toledo Symphony and as a favorite accompanist for many performers. He was a long-time member of the jazz faculty at BGSU and taught at the University of Michigan, and writes many of the arrangements the group performs.
Kevin Eikum is both a member of 6th Edition and the Toledo Jazz Orchestra. You may have seen him with the popular group Boffo. He is also in demand as every singer’s favorite bassist.
Each talented musician performs individually, and as a group they can tackle almost any genre, performing creative four-part harmony arrangements, original music, great jazz standards, and popular songs in a variety of jazz styles. Don’t miss this group for an evening of creative, musical fun!
