Amenti MoveMeant is a community-rooted organisation and decolonial psyche-somatic movement medicine grounded in the original pillars of hip-hop culture: Peace, Love, Unity, Respect, Fun and Self Knowledge. Through movement and embodied awareness, their work invites people into deeper relationship with themselves, the collective, and the innate wisdom held in the body.
Founded by @gilthegrid Gomes Leal - a former professional hip-hop dancer turned teacher and facilitator – the Amenti MoveMeant Method blends hip-hop culture, Jungian psychology, somatic practices and shamanic perspectives into a deeply transformative approach to healing and self-awareness.
