We’ll dance, share, and dance some more…
This mens* workshop will be lightly taught and deeply held within the maps of the 5Rhythms practice to allow the embodied holding, expression, release, alchemy and healing that happens when men come together in movement.
Ajay Rajani & Jason Rowe have decades of experience of mens work both on and off the dance floor and are the founders of Rhythm Brothers and Men's Full Moon Dance London.
Workshop times: Friday 15th November 11am to 5.30pm / Saturday 16th November 10.30am to 5pm. Optional meal Friday evening after dance.
Price: £155 / £135 Conc. 5RTa members Over 60s or under 25s.
