Join us for an unforgettable evening in Brisbane this October as we delve into the alchemical magic of Amber Lane's newest and most exclusive whisky range, The Alchemical Series . This 5-expression series masterfully explores the transformation of single malt whisky through various maturation techniques, each representing a different element—Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Quintessence.
Each dram tells a unique story:
- EARTH : Experience the rich, earthy notes brought forth by a 60-year-old Olorosso cask finish on older Amber Lane spirit (53.8%).
- WATER : Witness the subtle power of water’s gradual transformation of whisky over time (47.5%).
- AIR : Savor the light, floral notes elevated by a second-fill ex-Botrytis cask (53.5%).
- FIRE : Feel the intense, smoky impact of an ex-Islay peated cask finish on ex-Bourbon cask whisky (57.3%).
- QUINTESSENCE : Indulge in a heavenly blend of casks, united by Cognac maturation techniques (49.3%).
Start the evening with a welcome dram of Quintessence , and then journey through the remaining four elements, engaging in lively debates to uncover which expression you're experiencing.
