Amaro Tasting with Dan Cortez

Join us at Piccolo on Tuesday, December 23 at 6 pm for a two-hour Amaro Tasting led by our bar manager, Dan Cortez. Dan will guide you through a curated lineup of Italian and modern amari, exploring how they are made, how to taste them, and how to work them into cocktails and after-dinner service.

Settle in for a relaxed, intimate evening featuring:
• A guided tasting of four amari
• A 2 oz cocktail made with an amaro not available in Canada
• Conversation around flavour profiles, origins, and ideal pairings
• A small snack to enjoy alongside the tasting
