Amani's Harper's Ferry Hike & Winery Picnic at Breaux Vineyards

We'll be hiking the Maryland Heights trail via Harpers Ferry. This is a breathtaking 4.5-mile out-and-back moderate to streneous trail that blends adventure with history, pauses a challenge, and has a stunning scenery. Starting in Harpers Ferry’s Lower Town, hikers follow the peaceful C&O Canal towpath before ascending a wooded trail that steadily climbs to one of the region’s most iconic overlooks. From the summit, sweeping views reveal the convergence of the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers, the historic town below, and trains crossing the bridge.
