Please join us on Monday, December 2 from 12:00-1:30 pm at Kelaca 6736 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27615. We will learn about networking from 12:00-1:00 pm and then spend time practicing what we learned by networking with one another from 1-1:30 pm.

Job searching can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but it's important to prioritize your well-being during this time. This program focuses on strategies for maintaining balance and cultivating a healthy mindset throughout the job search process. We'll explore the importance of establishing daily routines, incorporating movement and physical activity, and ensuring time for fun and relaxation. This session will help you learn how to navigate the job search with resilience and confidence while taking care of your mental and emotional health.

Amanda knows how stressful job seeking can be as the seeker and as the spouse/partner. She is a huge believer in organizing your time and being active. She is a mother of 3, military spouse, passionate volunteer and connector of people.
After completing her undergraduate degree in Communication, she began a career supporting teams and leaders. Amanda holds a graduate degree in Human Resources Development and many certifications that have allowed her to be a strategic business partner. With a passion for doing the right thing for people after nearly 15 years supporting teams and leaders, she decided to leverage her expertise as an entrepreneur.
Having worked with scaling and established organizations, Amanda saw an opportunity to bring her experience creating and scaling processes and programs to all sized organizations. She has a passion for supporting leaders, building great teams and enhancing company culture.
, Founder & CEO of Daily Dose Wellness, began her career in Marketing & Brand Management, before creating her own corporate wellness company. After spending over 15 years in Corporate America, Georgia started Daily Dose to provide virtual "wellness breaks" to give employees the time needed to prevent burnout and promote positive mental health.
She is a self taught, wellness guru with a business background and completed courses on “Managing your Mental Health during COVID,” "Digesting Nutrition" and "Yoga Psychology". She is a member of Raleigh Metro SHRM and is responsible for writing RMSHRM’s Wellness Blog. She recently published her first book- You're Not Lazy- Change Your Words to Change Your Worth to help people build their confidence through the power of self-talk.
Georgia is a New Jersey native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University. She is trained in level 2 Reiki, loves yoga, oysters, wine and has traveled to 37 countries to date.
