Josh Fleming is VP of Marketing at Bank Iowa, where he leads an award-winning team that’s earned nearly 50 marketing honors and helped grow the bank’s assets by over 80% to more than $2 billion. Prior to banking, Josh worked in brand development and digital strategy at ad agencies and tech startups and taught digital marketing at Drake University. In 2020, he was named Marketing Executive of the Year by the American Marketing Association. Despite these achievements, Josh is just a humble middle-aged ginger who spends his free time writing screenplays and trying to keep up with his wife and their five children.
