October 28 - "The 10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's" helps caregivers recognize common signs of the disease in themselves and others and identify next steps to take, including how to talk to their doctor.
November 18 - "Building Brain-Healthy Habits" learn about healthy habits for your brain, like exercising and eating right. Hear why brain health is important at all ages and build a personalized action plan for brain-healthy habits.
