Leadership Grand Strand is excited to offer continuing leadership development exclusively for our alumni, led by our current LGS leadership trainer, Hop2it Consultants! The training will be held on Friday, October 3 from 9 a.m. to noon at BEFLOR Property Restoration.Bridging the Gap: Leading with Emotional Intelligence Across Generations
This three-hour program is divided into two dynamic sessions:
Emotional Intelligence: Strengthen self-awareness, deepen empathy, and enhance interpersonal effectiveness.
Generational Leadership: Explore strategies to bridge differences, leverage diverse strengths, and foster meaningful collaboration across age groups.
Breakfast will be provided.
The cost is $30 per LGS alumni.
