ALTUS Running - Pace Jam

ALTUS Pace Jam: Track Relay
Join us at Costello Stadium for a track event where you + a partner will take on a test of endurance together in a 120-minute relay.
How it works:

• Enter as a pair with a friend (each runner must enter individually)
• Run 800m intervals (2 laps) in a simple “you go, I go” format
• Tag your partner after your interval + keep alternating for the full 2 hours
• The goal = see how many intervals you + your teammate can complete together
• Runners who enter solo will be paired with another runner on the day
  What you’ll need:

• Endurance to keep going
• Stamina for repeated efforts
• Positive energy to keep spirits high
• Community spirit to support others

What to expect:
This isn’t about being the fastest - it’s about teamwork, consistency + pushing yourself further than you thought possible. Whether you’ve set a distance target or just want to see what happens on the day, you’ll be cheered on by the ALTUS Running community every step of the way.

You might surprise yourself, achieve a personal best, or even cover the furthest distance you’ve ever ran.
