Join us at the NGRM on January 4th as you celebrate the annual Alton Eagle Ice Festival! The National Great Rivers Museum is ecstatic to be a part of this beloved, annual event as a participating location. Visitors can watch nesting eagles through spotting scopes at our Park Ranger Nest Watch, enjoy eagle films in the theater, make an eagle headwrap, and of course, go on an eagle-watching tour on top of the Melvin Price Locks and Dam!
Travelin' Tom's will also be onsite to provide warm beverages around eagle watching stations & campfires.
Don't forget to visit other locations like Flock Food Truck Park and the Audubon Center at Riverlands from 10AM - 2PM
