The Role Model Celebration, established in 1989, stands as AFG’s signature fundraising event of the year. Hosted by honorary event chairs Dimitrius and Monica Hutcherson, this year’s celebration will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in honor of International Women’s Day.As one of Detroit’s premier events, the evening will spotlight the remarkable achievements of extraordinary women in our community and the inspiring accomplishments of the girls and young women AFG serves.
