Alternative Commutes = Active Communities

In this special COTE event to start the year, guest speakers will share knowledge about the health and wellness of alternative transportation within the urban environment. In addition, a portion of the discussion will examine evidence-based design interventions and site selection criteria for active communities as it relates to the WELL Building Standard.

In spirit of the event, we encourage attendees to explore a different method of transportation to the event other than driving alone. A group bike ride will precede the event! We hope you will ride with us.

The event is $10 to attend for all AIA members (Architect, Associate and Allied). Non-members can attend for $20.
