A one-hour ethics CLE on alternative business structures in the Arizona legal profession
About this Event

Arizona has become the national leader in reimagining the delivery of legal services. One program, Alternative Business Structures (ABS), permits non-lawyer ownership, outside investment, and innovative business models under the supervision of the Arizona Supreme Court. This one-hour ethics program will provide a timely discussion of Arizona's ABS framework, including licensing requirements, ethical obligations, recent developments, practical lessons from implementation, and how other jurisdictions are responding to Arizona’s groundbreaking approach. The program will provide valuable insight for attorneys seeking to understand one of the most significant regulatory developments affecting the legal profession.

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 1.00 hours of CLE credit, including 1.00 ethics hours, under the State Bar of Arizona MCLE requirements.
