Altea x Ritual Turkey Trot

We’re wrapping up our event season with a Turkey Trot at Altea Ottawa on Saturday, October 10! Join us for a 5K run, then stick around for some post-run recovery.

Here’s the plan:

• 9:00 am: Check in at Altea Ottawa
• 9:30 am: The 5K begins with multiple pace groups
• 10:00 am to noon: Back at Altea for cold plunges, saunas, coffee from Pas Mal, and a few surprises

This is a Thanksgiving food drive for the Ottawa Food Bank. Bring non-perishable food items on event day to be entered into a raffle to win prizes from our sponsors.

Everyone is welcome, and tickets are free but spots are limited, so grab a ticket in advance. Event-day registration will be available only if spots remain.
