Altaire at Jackson Park is a 207-unit affordable housing community serving households at 50% and 60% of Area Median Income, bringing much-needed homes to the Jackson Park neighborhood. This project is the result of a powerful collaboration between SRM and the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, made possible through partnerships with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, Seattle Office of Housing, Amazon's equity fund, Citibank, and Enterprise Community Partners.

Altaire at Jackson Park reflects what's possible when public agencies, private partners, and community organizations work together toward a shared goal: ensuring that working families and individuals can afford to live in the city they call home.
