About this Event
When talking about the elegant cool-climate wines of the world, it is impossible to forget about Alsace, France! Located on the border of Germany, this region is known for it's mineral-driven, complex, and intensely aromatic white wines. With a quality regulated Grand Cru vineyard system and protected Noble Grapes, this wine region dating back to the 2nd Century BC has a rich history resulting in some of the finest wines in the world.
Join us for a casual seated wine class with our Wine Director, Erin Dudley, where we will discuss the winemaking history and traditions of Alsace while sipping six classic Alsatian wines made from their Noble Grapes at Bar Jo!
Included with your ticket:
- Seated wine class with certified sommelier and Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Director, Erin Dudley CSW
- Tasting of six fine white wines from Alsace
- Small serving of artisanal cheese and accoutrements
