Lukas and Amy bring you an intuitive journey, fusing music, mindfulness and meditative movement. 🌱 ALQUIMIA is a space where you emerge from the slow paced, winter hibernation and come back into your body. It’s about shaking off the heaviness, waking up what’s been hiding beneath the surface, and making room for what’s ready to bloom. Through movement, breath, and presence, we meet the parts of ourselves ready to emerge, express, and grow — welcoming the vibrant energy of Spring.🌸
This workshop is a beautiful experience for everyone, whether you're a newcomer to movement and mindfulness or an experienced explorer of your inner world.

Please bring a yoga mat (plenty available at the studio if you need), a water bottle, a journal (if writing is your jam), a blanket (if you like some extra comfort) and any items you might use for your meditation practices (crystals, oils, mala beads etc.).
