ALPFA Pittsburgh Leadership Summit 2.0

A full-day Leadership Summit on navigating conflict at work with clarity, confidence, and cultural awareness. Facilitated by Nayli Russo.
About this Event
Most of us were never taught how to handle conflict in a way that doesn't cost us our relationships, our credibility, or our peace of mind. And for those of us navigating workplaces that weren't built with us in mind, that cost is often higher.
This August, ALPFA Pittsburgh is bringing back the Leadership Summit, and this year we're going deeper. Conflict, Culture & Clarity in the Workplace is a full-day experience facilitated by Nayli Russo of Russo Leadership, blending behavioral science, cultural identity, and real practical tools you can use the next time conflict shows up at work.
Across the day, you'll explore your own behavioral tendencies in conflict, understand the automatic patterns that drive your responses, practice choosing a different one, and hear real stories from a panel of leaders who've navigated hard conversations themselves. You'll leave with a personal Leadership Declaration and one concrete action to take in the week ahead.
This is for you if you've ever held back in a negotiation, gone quiet when you wanted to speak up, or wondered how your cultural background shapes the way you show up under pressure.
What to Expect
- A full day of facilitated workshops, self-reflection, and small group work
- A panel discussion with leaders sharing real workplace conflict stories
- Lunch and breaks included
- A Leadership Declaration exercise to close out the day
